We support the evolution of existing information systems by designing simple, sovereign and explainable tools that make health information accessible and usable by those who provide care, coordinate and make decisions. Our approach aims at the gradual modernisation of health systems, based on reliability of use, data security and technological independence.
Contact usClinical information is an essential asset in the healthcare system. It already exists, but too often remains fragmented, illegible and underutilised. Our vision: to restore its meaning, continuity and value, in the service of healthcare.
Technology is not an end in itself. It must be based on standards, respect data sovereignty and build trust. Used properly, it informs decisions, structures pathways and strengthens coordination without disrupting existing systems.
Unlocking the value of existing clinical information. ESPEIR draws on proven industrial FHIR solutions from INFOR, HEALTHCOMM's expertise in interoperability, and its technology partner Kinai to support healthcare institutions in the gradual, responsible, and sovereign transformation of their information systems.
Sustainably reduce the cognitive load on healthcare professionals. Strengthen continuity in patient care pathways. Enable the modernisation of healthcare information systems without replacement, disruption or loss of control. *We believe that our ambition is similar to yours (*).
Clarys integrates as a cross-functional reading layer, independent of business applications, without compromising existing health information systems.

At ESPEIR, we have chosen to build a close-knit and complementary team, combining experience, structure, technical excellence and innovation in use. Our belief is simple: digital technology in healthcare is not built on technology alone, nor on experience alone, but on a constant dialogue between understanding the field, engineering rigour and clarity of use. CLARYS is the result of this collective dynamic.
Lân Guichot
Associate Director / CEO
Computer engineer, Lân Guichot has over 30 years of experience in digital health and transformation of health information systems. Former executive at ACETIAM and Agfa HealthCare, he contributed to the design of the CrossWay EHR and the structuring of the e-health ecosystem in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Co-founder of ESPEIR, he now supports executive management and passes on his experience to a new generation of digital health engineers.
François Jaccard
Associate Director
François ensures ESPEIR's financial, accounting and legal structuring and oversees the solidity of the company's development framework. Passionate about design, he brings a complementary perspective attentive to the overall coherence of solutions and user experience.
Mehdi Lebranchu
Associate Director
Computer engineer graduated from McGill & ISEN, Mehdi specialized in artificial intelligence and data sciences. Technical lead within the team, he structures CLARYS's technological choices with strong requirements for robustness, data control and architectural sobriety.
Guilhem De Clerck
Associate Director
Computer engineer graduated from McGill & ISEN, Guilhem chose a specialization oriented towards renewable energies. He focuses on understanding user needs to translate them into clear and ergonomic digital uses, in close collaboration with Mehdi.
Riana Ralambomanana
Co-Founder of Kinai – ESPEIR Technology Partner
Trained as an engineer, Riana has over 17 years of experience in industrial environments with very high demands, where rigor, algorithmic robustness and fine system control are essential. Her approach is resolutely purist: getting to the essence, designing clear architectures and distinguishing what is fundamental from what is secondary. Founded in 2023, Kinai designs a semantic memory engine enabling explicit structuring of heterogeneous data, without alteration or content generation. The name Kinai, a Japanese first name meaning 'identical', reflects this philosophy: preserving information as it exists, without transformation or reinterpretation. This approach ensures reliable, traceable and sober information exploitation, adapted to highly regulated environments. This engine forms the foundation of CLARYS Intelligence, enabling advanced semantic exploitation while guaranteeing traceability, sobriety and strict fidelity to source data. The close collaboration between ESPEIR and KINAI is based on strong convergence of visions, shared technical requirements and common understanding of responsible digital health issues.
At the heart of our approach, respect guides every action: our solutions are co-designed with field actors, in a spirit of listening, transparency and trust; respecting patients and ethical and regulatory frameworks.
We believe in collective intelligence, co-building with healthcare professionals for solutions anchored in real use cases.
No gimmicky innovation. We develop useful, sober and concrete tools, capable of transforming uses and unlocking the potential of health data.

Kinai is the publisher of the semantic reading engine used by ESPEIR for semantic garlanding and cross-reading of patient information. Kinai relies on international reference terminologies (SNOMED CT, ICD-11, SmPC/RCP) to structure and highlight existing clinical information without generating data.

INFOR is a global software publisher, renowned for Cloverleaf, its interoperability platform used in healthcare and life sciences. It integrates an FHIR suite (Server, Gateway, Bridge), secure exchange mechanisms and HL7 v2 to FHIR transformation libraries. ESPEIR solutions leverage these capabilities to ensure interoperable and secure exchanges, in collaboration with INFOR EMEA and North American teams.

HEALTH-COMM Germany and HEALTH-COMM France are subsidiaries of the DMI Group, specialising in the distribution and integration of healthcare interoperability solutions. As GOLD partners of INFOR, they ensure the deployment of Cloverleaf solutions and the INFOR FHIR suite in their territories, contributing to exchanges that comply with the international standards used by the ESPEIR / CLARYS ecosystem.

DMI (Data Maintenance Infinity) is a long-standing player in digital health in Germany, committed to the sovereignty and interoperability of hospital data. In this context, ESPEIR will rely on DMI's services for the deployment of its CLARYS solution, certified as an XQT Network Partner, attesting to its implementation in accordance with international standards for healthcare interfaces and interoperability.

HBT Group France is a consulting firm specialising in digital health and medical devices, committed to reflecting on the evolution of the healthcare system. Through the organisation of the Prevention & Longevity conference, HBT Group promotes discussions on prevention and lifelong health pathways, in line with the issues addressed by ESPEIR / CLARYS.
